International Delivery
All orders are shipped with СTT from Porto, Portugal.
Your order will be processed and shipped within three business days.
Delivery rates are calculated automatically in the cart at checkout. They are based on the weight of the order and your zip code. Duties and taxes applied in the EU countries are included in the price at checkout. If the country of destination is not a part of the EU, additional taxes and duties may apply.
We cannot predict the exact delivery time in advance, but normally it takes 3-8 business days on average to the European Union and up to 10-15 business days worldwide.

Payments
All payments are made by debit or credit card via stripe payments. Paid orders are immediately transferred to the delivery service for processing.

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if necessary, your order can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Do not use the product you plan to return — it must remain new, save all tags and labels. If an item arrives damaged, the right of return waives. To return or exchange your purchase, please request it by email at hello@hrlsn.co, quoting the order number, for further instructions.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after you receive it. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to an error on our side or a claim. Returns are carried out by post to our warehouse in Porto, Portugal. After we receive your return, we will immediately issue a refund to the card you used to pay for the order. We are not able to refund customs and vat for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be sent a confirmation email.
We recommend checking your delivery for completeness, visible defects, and transport damage as soon as it arrives. If any of the items are spoiled or defective, please take a photograph and/or video. If we or the shipping company are responsible for the item being damaged, then we will refund you the full amount paid for your order, including delivery costs.
